Tatiana
Tatiana graduated with an Associate degree in Preschool Education and has over 13 years of experience. She strongly believes that every student learns and develops at their own pace. As a Teacher of a diverse, inclusive and culture-sensitive classroom, her priority is to treat and teach every student individually according to their individual developmental needs, interests, culture and home language. She is always looking to improve and grow her professional skills and looks forward to further developing relationships at OPFS and working on advocating for our community of learners.
Lisett
Lisett has been in the early education field for 7 years and very much loves teaching children, communicating with caregivers and getting to know families. She hopes to bring lots of love and exciting new experiences to OPFS. Excited to be here, she also can't wait to reach milestones alongside the children. She is bilingual and integrates Spanish in the classroom. Mrs. Lisett is very easy going, always willing to help however she can and communicates as transparently as possible, please don't hesitate to come to her with any issue.

Claire
Claire is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Psychology. Although she currently resides in Logan Square, she is a proud Oak Park native. She is the eldest of three, and grew up in South Oak Park. She attended Oak Park River Forest High School and went on to graduate from DePaul University in 2022. Claire looks forward to returning to her Oak Park roots and continuing her journey as part of the OPFS family. She cannot wait to meet you and your children!

Hello! I am Max Petersen and I am an assistant teacher in the Acorn classroom at Oak Park Friends School. I have worked in ECE for the past four years in both lead roles and as an assistant. This is my first time working full-time in an infant classroom and I'm excited to get to know your children!

Carlotta
Carlotta (Carly) comes from a background in which she is the eldest of ten children. She has the beautiful, unique experience of near-lifelong caretaking for them, and watching them become wonderful people. Carlotta’s childcare philosophy consists of treating children as autonomous beings, with their own unique personalities, boundaries, and abilities. In the upcoming years, Carlotta plans to go back to school to add more educational experience to her toolkit. When not working, you may find her at a public library or with her family.
